When you request a recovery service with SteerMate, you’ll enjoy an efficient and transparent process. Here’s what you can expect:
- Requesting Service: Open the SteerMate app and select "Request Recovery". You’ll be prompted to provide details about your vehicle and location.
- Real-Time Tracking: Once a recovery truck is assigned, you can track its real-time location within the app. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) will be displayed.
- Vehicle Pickup: The recovery truck will arrive and securely load your vehicle. Our drivers are trained to handle vehicles with care.
- Delivery to Destination: Your vehicle will be transported to your specified location, whether that’s a repair shop, showroom, or home.
- Completion and Feedback: After the service, you’ll receive a confirmation and have the option to rate the service.
