About me

I'm Sina Fani, co-founder of SteerMate, a tech-driven solution revolutionizing vehicle recovery and transport services in the UAE. Raised in the UAE, with cultural roots in Iran and experiences living in the Netherlands and Turkey, I've gained a diverse perspective that influences both my personal and professional life.

SteerMate was born from the need for fast, reliable, and on-demand roadside assistance. Alongside my brother Siavash, we saw a gap in the market and aimed to create a service that makes vehicle recovery as simple as tapping a button. Our mission is to bring competition to the recovery industry, making it more efficient and affordable for everyday drivers and businesses alike.

I’m no stranger to the automotive industry—growing up in a family business that spans Fani Auto, Kilimanjaro Motors, and Fani Car Accessories, I’ve been involved in everything from driving pre-production cars to sales and marketing initiatives.

At SteerMate, we're focusing on leveraging tech to bring an Uber-like experience to car recovery and transport, with plans to eventually expand into roadside repairs. Our goal is to reduce recovery times, lower costs, and offer custom solutions to businesses like showrooms and fleet owners.

My long-term passion lies in entrepreneurship, and SteerMate is the next step in that journey. As we grow, I'm continually learning and refining my skills in tech, business strategy, and leadership, all while keeping an eye on new opportunities for innovation in the automotive space.
