- Damage Review: Our support team will review the incident and contact you within 24 hours for further details.
- Insurance Coverage: SteerMate’s insurance policy covers damage incurred during transport, and we will work with you to resolve the matter quickly.
- Repair or Compensation: If the damage is confirmed, SteerMate will either arrange for repairs or offer compensation based on the severity of the issue.
