Navigating the SteerMate App

Learn how to navigate the SteerMate app, from requesting services to tracking recoveries and managing your account.

The SteerMate app is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, allowing you to easily request recovery services. Here’s how to navigate the key features:

  1. Home Screen: Once logged in, the home screen allows you to quickly request a service by selecting "Request Recovery" or "Transport".
  2. Service History: To view your past recovery services, tap on "History" in the main menu. You’ll see completed and ongoing requests.
  3. Account Settings: Manage your personal information and payment methods under "Account Settings". Here, you can also update your profile, view saved locations, and access your preferences.
  4. Help & Support: Need assistance? Tap on "Help" to access customer support and troubleshooting resources.
  5. Real-Time Tracking: When you request a service, you’ll be able to track the recovery truck’s location in real-time via the "Tracking" tab. This feature updates live so you know exactly when the truck will arrive.
